一、个人简介

韩国良,男,中共党员,细胞生物学博士,生物化学博士后,山东省优秀青年基金获得者,现任伟德国际1946源于英国副教授,研究生导师。兼任山东省植物生理与分子生物学会理事、山东省遗传学会青年工作委员会副主任、《植物生理学》(第四版) (普通高等教育十一五国家级规划教材)编委、《New Crops》国际期刊青年编委等职务。担任伟德bv1946官网东营研究院成果转化部部长、伟德bv1946官网植物资源与生理教师党支部组织委员。

主要从事植物(作物)抗盐生理与分子生物学的教学和科研工作。以泌盐盐生植物二色补血草、模式植物拟南芥和高粱等作物为材料,研究二色补血草盐腺发育关键基因的分子机理、盐生植物根的向盐性的分子机制、拟南芥表皮毛和根毛发育关键基因的作用机理,以及转录因子等关键基因在作物等抗盐中的作用等。现主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、山东省优秀青年基金1项、中央引导地方科技发展资金1项、山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项和中国博士后面上项目1项。参与山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项,以及多项省部级、校级教改重点项目。近年来,以第一或通讯作者在《The Plant Cell》《Molecular Plant》《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistryfrontiers in Plant Science》《Plant Science》《Plant Molecular Biology》和《International Journal of Molecular Sciences》等国际知名刊物发表SCI学术论文多篇。承担《植物生理学》《植物生理学实验》《植物生理学专题》《植物微繁技术》《盐生植物生物学》和《细胞工程》等本科生课程;承担《逆境植物生物学》《植物分子生物学实验技术》和《植物与健康》等研究生课程。曾获“山东省第八届超星杯高校青年教师教学比赛优秀奖”、“伟德bv1946官网第七届青年教学能手”、“伟德bv1946官网本科毕业论文优秀指导教师”等荣誉称号。指导的多名本科生和研究生荣获国家奖学金和伟德bv1946官网优秀学位论文。培养的多名本科生和硕士研究生考入中国科学院大学、中国农业大学、南开大学等“985”名校和国内知名科研院所就读硕士和博士研究生。
